Training, or more importantly learning,
is a vital part of all programmes and activities which
are undertaken by all organisations.
KAM is very committed to training and
is currently working towards the Investor in People
Award which highlights the importance we place on training
for our own staff.
KAM and the team have been involved in
and designing & delivering training including Volunteer
Training, Conference presentations, designing Sports
Development Professionals Training courses (National
Association for Sports Development), working with Sports
Coach UK and Sport England.
We can design training to support a very
wide range of your needs and it can be stand alone or
as part of a larger project that we may be working on
