Volunteering and managing volunteers is becoming an increasingly important issue. Interest in this area is being led by the Government and is not just aimed at sport.
However, it is well documented that without volunteers, sport (across the world) would not take place.
Kay Adkins (KAM) is currently developing a product, which will assist clients to improve their work with Volunteers. The product is based on event volunteering but can be designed to meet the needs of any client from event organiser to National Governing Bodies.
We are currently working with the London Borough of Newham on the development of Newham Volunteers, which will form part of the preparation for the Olympic Bid. We have also been consulting with the organisers of Doha 2006 Asian Games and Rio de Janerio Pam Am Games about similar programmes.
